Embarking on this clean eating journey has been a good thing...
But I must confess, (feeling a little like Bruce from "Finding NEMO") that I am a sugar addict.
So yesterday was a flop, the biggest fall off the wagon I have taken in 6 months!
Let's see: sugar for snack, fattie burger (yum) for supper on the run, PB m&m's for b/4 bedtime snack -yikes! (only couple handfuls thankfully!)
Oh, but I did fit in: my BCAA's, OMGA-3's, veges, fruit, PWO drink, protein shake, egg/whites breakfast...

So it's back in the saddle, jump right back on the band-wagon, off to the races, it's a new day mentality!
BTW, I love Bruce in Finding Nemo, especially the part when he gets a whiff of blood (In My Case -sugar!), and goes stark raving mad! That was mawhaaa yesterday...man I am glad it's today!
