Exercise
Let's start out with a brisk walk for 30 minutes every other day.
Eat Healthy Foods
Begin by eliminating from at least one meal all (overly) processed foods.
Eat Smaller Portions More Often
Eat every 3 -4 hours and never, never, never skip a meal.
